My Story...
Movement is my passion, my purpose, and the gift I love to share. Every class I lead reflects my deep commitment to helping others succeed. I have dedicated my life to studying, training, and teaching across multiple disciplines to become the movement professional I am today.
My journey as a dancer began at age 10 and led me to earn a degree in World Arts and Cultures from UCLA. As a fitness professional, I hold multiple certifications through ACE, AFAA, and NASM, including various advanced specializations. I am also a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with experience in a variety of practices, and as a Stretch Coach I'm focused on improving mobility, reducing pain, and supporting functional, and sustainable movement.
Every class I teach—whether Dance, Fitness, or Yoga—is more than just a workout, it’s an opportunity to grow, challenge yourself, and reconnect with your body. My classes are educationally sound, scientifically informed, creatively engaging, and always FUN.
I am here to inspire, educate, and motivate. Movement is my language, and through it, I empower you to reach your goals and feel your absolute BEST. Together, we MOVE, GROW, and THRIVE.
