Group Fitness classes are structured exercise class led by certified instructors where participants engage in a variety of physical activities designed to improve fitness levels, health, and overall well-being. SENIOR FITNESS
We know that exercise, health and wellness are important at any age.  For our senior clients we offer a series of specialized types of exercises geared towards strengthening muscles, improving balance, enhancing coordination and increasing flexibility. ZUMBA
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba®choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. We offer a variety of Zumba programs: Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold Toning, Aqua Zumba.

Guided stretching, refers to a practice that involves manually guiding you through a sequence of stretches to identify tightness and imbalances within the body.
